Founder's Vision - The "Why"

Our Founder, Venestina Cuevas, has a BS and Master’s in Civil Engineering. She also holds a Project Management Professional certification from PMI. Throughout her professional career, she has leveraged her education and experience to excel in various roles in the civil engineering sector. Whether leading public/private projects, multidisciplinary project teams, or overseeing construction projects from conception to completion, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Her ability to seamlessly integrate engineering principles with project management methodologies enables her to drive successful project outcomes, mitigate risks, and deliver solutions that exceed the client’s needs. Her passion is s bringing to life a project vision and having a strong relationship with clients while creating a long-lasting partnership. At VNM Consulting we want to provide awareness and support our clients in any way possible while creating a relationship based on trust and accountability, guiding you in every aspect of the project, from conception to completion.
